Based on the dropped waist, loose bodice and square neckline of the woman’s dress, I would tentatively say that the photo is from sometime during the 1910’s, probably during WWI. I would verify with oldrags as well, as I think she’s more knowledgeable about the early 20th century than I am. Hope I helped.
